Pork and Cheese! (testing)

Anyone seen before the show hosted by Quan Yi Fong and Kym Ng.
where they will try to rescue those hopeless hawker and teach them new skills.
so one of the episodes was pork cutlet with cheese in it.

that time i made Pork Cutlet rmb?
so today try it out.
didn’t took pictures of the process. coz i wasn’t sure if it will turn out nice.
next time shall do again . coz the cheese i use today was those for sandwich. will be using Cheddar Cheese next time.
